This form needs to be filled out completely for each reservation request that is being sent to The Sewanee Inn** Upon Guest Services receiving this request, availability will be checked and reservation entered. In the event of limited availability, your preferred room choice may not be available. In the event of no availability, a member of our Guest Services team will be in touch. Individual Room Rates will be Best Available Rate with a 10% UOS Discount. Once the reservation is entered in to our system, you will receive an automated confirmation from Guest Services. All changes and/or modifications to any reservations must have a modified form submitted to Guest Services.
